DIVORCED/SEPARATED PARENTS POLICYIt is our goal to focus on providing quality and effective care to your child(ren). We will focus on the medical care of your child. Personal issues involving divorce, separation, and custody agreements should remain between the parents, as the provider and nursing staff are not parties to your personal or legal issues.

WELLNESS BILLING TRANSPARENCYDuring your preventive care visit, if you discuss a new or existing health concern that requires significant evaluation and management beyond the scope of a routine physical, a separate office visit may also be billed. This may result in additional patient responsibility, depending on your insurance coverage. Please ask our staff if you have any questions.
